PICK & MIX SPARKLING WATER

I’ve been swapping my usual sugary sodas for these during the workday, and the zero-calorie thing actually tastes like a real treat, not a compromise. The natural flavor comes through clean without any weird aftertaste, which is my biggest pet peeve with sparkling waters.

The fizz is just right—sharp enough to feel like a treat but not so aggressive it burns. With zero sugar and zero calories, it’s become my go-to for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up that actually hydrates.

I cracked open a can after a long run and the fizz was just right—crisp, not harsh. Zero sugar but it still tastes like an actual treat, not a compromise. This is my new go-to for staying hydrated without the guilt.
